Aftermarket Administrator

Smallridge Bros Ltd have a requirement for an Aftermarket Administrator at their Truro depot.

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our busy Agricultural Aftermarket department as a full time Administrator.

As the first point of contact for many customers, you will be dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service whilst assisting the Service Manager. This role will include a variety of tasks ranging from handling customer enquiries and workshop invoicing through to supporting the parts and sales department.

Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite is essential as is the ability to work on your own initiative. The ideal applicant will be organised and will work to a high level of accuracy whilst under pressure.

A flexible approach to work is necessary and some Saturday work may be required.
