Job Function:

Responsible for the stocking, selling, receiving and delivery of parts and accessories, including in-store customer service. Establishing and maintaining an attractive environment to influence customer buying decisions and maximize Dealership profitability.

Essential Duties:

·      Promotes and sells parts and/or services to meet customer needs.

·      Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise display to increase impulse purchases.

·      Verifies receipt of incoming shipments and assists with locating Machine Down and Stock Orders in their correct location.

·      Assists in keeping parts inventory clean, orderly and well organized.

Skills & Qualifications:

·      Knowledge of agricultural equipment and the farming industry an advantage.

·      Ability to use standard computer applications and internet functions.

·      Excellent customer relationship skills.

·      Experience of merchandising and/or retail an advantage

·      Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.

·      Ability to work in a team environment.

·      Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
