Marketing Co-Ordinator

Smallridge Bros are excited to be recruiting a marketing co-ordinator, on a 9-month fixed contract to cover maternity leave. The role would suit a full-time or part-time worker. For the right candidate there may be the possibility of future opportunities with the business at the end of the 9-month period.
The role will be based at our head office at Collabear in North Devon, just south of Barnstaple, with some flexibility for remote working. The role start date is as soon as possible.
Job Function:
Provides pre-sales and aftermarket marketing and integrated solutions strategies and tactics for the dealership, its brand, products, parts and services through traditional and digital media to achieve business goals. Leads efforts to better understand, attract and retain customers.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Essential Duties:
- Maintaining and updating the website, including managing our special offers pages and machinery photos
- Managing our social media including Facebook
- Working with our teams to deliver our annual marketing plan
- Preparation of machinery advert for agricultural magazines
- Assisting with recruitment adverts
- Preparing ad hoc adverts when required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualification in marketing, advertising or related discipline preferred
- 2 to 3 years’ sales and/or marketing experience or a marketing graduate seeking marketing experience
- Be a creative and innovative thinker
- Excellent in communication and presentation
- Proficiency with website management tools, photoshop and social media
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
