Coronavirus Policy update – Monday 4th January 2021

Our showrooms are still open, with measures in place as per government guidelines, these include a social distancing policy and a one-way system with simple instructions available for all to see as you enter our premises.

We have touchless sanitiser machines at the entrance to each showroom, please use them! If we could kindly ask everyone to keep the touching of goods to a minimum to help reduce the risk to all.

We are running a robust hygiene system, disinfecting door handles, work surfaces and any area likely to be regularly touched, this is being done at regular recorded intervals through the day.

Unfortunately at this time we are not able to offer customer toilets, our main objective must be to keep everybody’s wheels turning while keeping all our customers and staff safe so we have had to make this decision.

Our counters are fitted with screens for you and our staff’s wellbeing with a collection area at one end and socially distanced points for you to wait behind.

At this time we still ask where possible that you ring ahead with your order allowing us to check stock, pick the parts and have them in the pick-up point outside ready for you to collect.

Whether you require parts, sales or service please report to the parts showroom and someone from the relevant department will come to see you.

In the event of bringing machines in for repair please park up and bring key to showroom, someone from Service will collect your machine from here.

If you drop a machine in for a quick repair or are waiting for some hydraulic pipes to be made etc, could you please wait away from the customer counter area and be aware of your social distancing with others.

Much of the site will be out of bounds for customers including workshops and offices, please remember this is to help protect the health of yourself and our staff.

We have managed to maintain the same business hours as usual, 7.45am until 5.30pm weekdays, 8am until 4pm Saturdays for our parts and service departments. As we are currently working winter hours many of our sales team are working from home.

We still have most administrative staff working from home, this includes our service administrators. On occasions handing the volume of calls is challenging for us, we have appreciated your patience with this matter.
